The Republican running for Vermont governor says there are 25 things the state can do to reduce costs and raise quality in health care.

State Senator Randy Brock says he’ll outline his ideas today at Central Vermont Medical Center, in Berlin.

Brock has been critical of incumbent Democratic Governor Peter Shumlin’s push for a publicly funded single-payer health care system in the state.
