Vice President Joe Biden is planning to visit Vermont next week to campaign for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Peter Shumlin.
Shumlin campaign manager Alex MacLean tells the Burlington Free Press Biden will be in Vermont on Monday, the day before the election.
The noontime rally will be held in the Burlington area, but the location has not yet been chosen.
