Authorities in Bennington say they believe they’ve resolved a series of burglaries in their area.
They say a man already in jail for bank robbery admitted to taking part in other thefts throughout the region.
Fifty-six year old Kenneth Happ is in prison for eleven years for a New York state bank robbery in 2005.
Now he has admitted to taking part in burglaries in Shaftsbury, Arlington, East Dorset and Bennington.
Police say there are two others that were involved in the thefts, which netted tens of thousands of dollars.
The other suspects’ identities haven’t been released.
