(Host) One of Vermont’s most famous musicians is heading out on his own.
Two years ago, Trey Anastasio of the band Phish was a hot commodity. The foursome sold out arena shows nationwide. To some, Phish had assumed the mantle once warn by the Grateful Dead. But the band decided to take a break. Anastasio says he thinks Phish will play together again, but he doesn’t know when.
Meanwhile, Anastasio is setting out on a solo summer tour. It will include a hybrid of jam and swing that is dotted with love songs and chamber music.
