Police say there’s been a third arrest in connection with a burglary spree in Vermont’s Franklin and Addison counties.
Twenty-four-year-old Kyle Gagner of St. Albans surrendered to Vermont State Police just after midnight Friday. WCAX-TV says he’s being held on a warrant.
Police say Gagner and 22-year-old Melissa Labounty of Fairfield broke into several homes in the past month, stealing cash, jewelry and electronics.
