As the 111th Congress comes to a close, there are still a number of key issues to be decided upon. Congressman Peter Welch discusses the issues the lame duck session will address, including a new food safety bill, the repeal of the so-called Bush tax cuts and the recommendations of the Deficit Commission.

Plus, Senator Patrick Leahy discusses a new study from the Pentagon regarding the military’s "Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell" Policy. He looks at the likelihood of having the policy repealed by the lame duck Congress.
