Last week, the Agency of Transportation re-opened the last of the state roads that were closed due to flooding, but long-term concerns linger even after the emergency repairs are finished. We talk with Transportation Secretary Brian Searles and Senate Transportation Chair Dick Mazza about the costs and scope of road and culvert damage from the heavy winter snows and extreme spring floods.

Also in the program, photographer and teacher John Willis, who recently won a Guggenheim Fellowship. For the past 19 years, Willis has worked with young people in the Brattleboro area and on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota to help them express themselves through photography.
