Ten of 69 Vermont businesses that signed up to try to trim their
electrical usage by 7.5 percent over two years have met that goal with the
program just half over.

efficiency could save Vermonters a significant amount of money that’s currently
being spent on out-of-state fuel services.

founder of the energy efficiency utility known as Efficiency Vermont has died. Blair
Hamilton was 61. He’s being remembered as one of the earliest and most
tireless advocates for energy efficiency.
