Evidence thrown out in child porn case

A major child pornography case appears to be falling victim to faulty police work. Judge William Sessions of the U.S. District Court for Vermont has ruled that agents acted illegally when they seized evidence during their search of a Braintree home.

Front Porch Forum nominated for national award

Legal experts question Windsor marijuana case

Some legal experts are questioning Governor Jim Douglas’ reaction to a marijuana possession case in Windsor County. Douglas has ordered state police to bypass the Windsor state’s attorney and refer marijuana cases to the attorney general’s office for prosecution. VPR’s Ross Sneyd has the story.
