Saint Johnsbury is one of a handful of Vermont towns that have been trying a new approach to helping inmates adjust to life after prison. We talk about what makes this offender re-entry program unique – and why they say it prevents recidivism. Guests are Steve Gary, St. Johnsbury Community Justice Center, Offender Re-entry Coordinator; and Barbara Russell, Dept of Corrections, Caledonia County Probation and Parole District Manager. Hosted by Fran Stoddard.
