Three New Hampshire men are facing charges they helped a friend flee authorities after he allegedly struck and killed a Vermont State Police trooper last June.

Twenty-eight-year-old Adrian Green of Enfield, New Hampshire, and 27-year-old Kevin O’Neill of Lebanon have been charged in Vermont with being accessories after the fact for assisting Eric Daley. Twenty-seven-year-old Joshua Tatro of Rindge, New Hampshire, has been charged in New Hampshire with a felony for allegedly taking Daley to Pennsylvania where he was captured two days after the crash.

Daley has pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree murder in the high speed crash on Interstate 91 that killed Sergeant Michael Johnson.
