William (Bill) Taylor has devoted himself to the study and performance of ancient harp music of Scotland, Ireland, and Wales, using instruments based on historical originals.  He is teacher-in-residence at Ardival Harps in Scotland, and has performed with distinguished early music groups such as the Folger Consort, Hesperus, and the Newberry Consort.
