The Vermont Symphony Orchestra is embarking on an extraordinary journey
this week with a series of programs commemorating the 65th anniversary
of the liberation of the Terezín concentration camp. This morning’s music includes After the War, a movement from Steve Reich’s Different Trains which features the real voices of Holocaust survivors talking about the years immediately
following World War II.
