Opera composer, creator of the iconic Messiah oratorio, and
personal musician to the King – these are all accurate descriptors of
George Frideric Handel. We’ll take some time to rediscover the composer
on his birthday today, and hear from some of the folks he influenced,
like Giuliani, Brahms, and Grainger.
